Straight answers.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. There is a one-time setup and a monthly. It is month to month and you can cancel any month.

Who owns the website, the listings and the accounts?

You do. Everything is set up in your name, on your accounts. If we part ways, you keep them.

Will the phone assistant take food orders or pretend to be a person?

No. It answers the calls your staff can't get to: hours, directions, prices, common questions. It takes a message or a booking request, texts you what it heard, and hands off to a person when a caller asks.

Do you write reviews?

Never. We draft replies to the reviews real customers leave, and you approve each one before it is posted.

Can you remove everything about me from the internet?

No, and be careful with anyone who says they can. A Privacy Sweep covers people-search and data broker sites that accept opt-out requests. Court records, government records and news stories are outside it, and some brokers relist people later, which is why we re-check.

What is the difference between removing me from data sites and adding me to them?

They are opposite jobs for different sites. Removal is for sites that sell personal details about you as a person. Adding is for directories and map data sources that customers and AI assistants use to find your business. Most owners want both: the business easy to find, the home address hard to find.

We are not a restaurant. Is this for us?

Yes. Guest houses, charters, dive shops, auto shops, salons, clinics and transport companies all have the same three problems: being found, being reached, and being remembered.

Which clinics can use ChiroChat?

Today, chiropractic clinics running ChiroTouch on a server in the office, with Windows 10 or 11 computers and someone who handles billing. ChiroTouch Cloud is not supported yet. Read how it works.
